I am 55 years old and broke my ankle in 3 places and the same foot in 2 places... I am 2 days into this and my foot is throbbing. I will be operated on Monday. Any advice?
peggy27711...sorry for your pain. You broke your ankle & surgery is on Monday. Hopefully the surgery will alleviate the pain.
