Can any one tell me is actemul or yato drinks any good for building your amount steam up I can't take honey or nothing with 2 much sugar as I'm diebecit ???
It is good to put back into the gut probiotics if you are taking antibiotics but it's best to space them out. Not sure how much sugar or probiotic is in these yoghuts. You may be best to ask your pharmacist to recommend a good probiotic suitable for diebetics.
