Brown/Black spots on penis head?

Hi,
I have these brown/black spots on my penis head. One of the spots has been here for a year or two and the other I just got. There is also another developing…
•The marks are NOT bumps, they are smooth
•I have never made any sexual contact
•I am uncircumcised but stay very clean
•I have 0 skin issues on the rest of my body

PLEASE help. I have been trying to find what this is!

Okay, the good news for you is that you have no sexual contact so no complications that may be due to sex.
I suspect what you have going on may me down to your general lifestyle and would need clarification on the following:-

  • are you a particularly active person
  • do sports training and / or participation
  • do you do other workouts such as at the gym several times a week
  • or / and do you wear clothing that encourages sweat to be regularly present in your groin region generally

So. what I think may be happening is that sweat, or / and potentially other sources of moisture may be regularly present at the tip area of your penis?
Is the head of your penis usually exposed or fully covered over during the daytime when you are doing your regular activities.
For anyone else reading this with a similar problem you may need to see a Dermatologist to help deal with what is going on …

What you have are changes to the skin pigmentation on the head of your penis. If you looked really closely at the skin right across your body you would find other similar or exact same marks - it is only when they appear in areas such as our face or genitals that we become alert to them and are concerned as to what they actually are.
So, as I was asking, I was looking for explanations as to how these have developed and it would not seem you have the typical causes of markings like these.
Therefore it would seem logical that these are indeed natural pigmentation change. To get a professional in-person opinion of them you would need to go see a Dermatologist

hi! I have a very similar issue,although I was a very active sportsperson. I visited a dermatologist,and she has recommended a biopsy. I mean biopsy over the glans? won’t it have any complications like scars and all. I saw few videos of biopsy in different parts of the body and to think that would happen over the glans freaks me out. any suggestions?

If a medical professional is suggesting a biopsy is the best way forward then you either need to go along with their judgement or see a different dermatologist for a separate opinion
