Hi I'm a bit worried I've been having brown string like discharge I've had this 3 times before in the middle of my cycle I'm on the pill and have been for years and stopped then started when having my children I'm worried I've got cancer as anybody else had this before and what was the cause?
Hello I am a 17 year old female and I no longer have normal discharge either. I'm on depo provera and all I do is bleed and have brown discharge also. I get really dry and irritated in that area also. When I shave I always get razor bumps now and even acne in that area. It scares me because I have been sexually active before and haven't been since I got tested i know there razor bumps and pimples. But the thing is reading stuff online just scares me I hate it so much they make it seem like just because u get a couple razor or ance bumps you have herpes like wth cause I know that's not the case. All my problems have started since I got on this birth control and I honestly don't want to be on it anymore.
Hi lily I'm 38 and have been on the same pill since I was 16 stopped twice when I've had my 2 daughters maybe I need yo try a different pull I don't know the brown discharge has happen 3 times now this year I've been with the same partner for 13 years so I know it's not a std I'm going to go and see my doctor about it because it can be a sign of cervical cancer but I have my smear tests every 3 years and never had a abnormal one yet so I don't know it could be something else.
What kind of birth control pills did you take? I have the same exact problem I'm just on the shot currently and I haven't had my normal discharge in months now my nurse said its normal with the birth control. But I'm not sure
I've been on the combined pill for about 20 years.
