Brown dry spot on penis head, What is it? (PICS)

Hi. I'm 16, and have not had any sexual activity (virgin). I have had this blotchy brown spot on the head of my penis for a long time now, and It is always very dry and sometimes sensitive. See the pics below (sorry if the light is not great). Like I said, I have not had any sexual activity at all, though I do masturbate regularly (usually once a day, sometimes multiple times). Can anyone tell me what this is or how to maybe fix it/not notice it? Thanks.

That doesn't look unusual for a circumcised penis.  All dicks are different (more so than any other part of the body).  I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.  You could try moisturiser, but I'm not sure it will make much difference.

Masturbating often at that age is normal btw.

I see nothing wrong, except that the skin has toughened up a) because it looks as though you have been circumcised and b) Dry rubbing anywhere on your body will coarsen the skin. Try limiting how often you masturbate and use moisturiser or lube, not just saliva.

Hey jack! Did the dots on your penis head (barely visible) appear with the brown?

I seem to have the same issue.

Did it clear up?

Being no expert it still looks to me like your foreskin wasn't seperated precisely enough from the glans when  you were circumcisedand that a thin layer of foreskin remained. I know people who's got the same and it reminds me of this, as that was also an uneven shaped darker miscoloring fin parts of the glans. It didn't make much of a difference other than being visible. Could this be it?

Excuse my mispelling. I ment to say "miscoloring on parts of the glans..."
