For the past year and a half I've noticed these brown spots on my glans. I'm in my late 30's and I have fair skin with a lot of moles covering most of my body. Could these spots be Warts!HPV or are they something else? I had one sexual encounter since they appeared. I don't sunbath in the nude but I have in the last 2 years been spending more time in the sun. The spots haven't grown in size since I started noticing them.

Everyone’s skin is different.
Avoid the sun for long durations.
Your skin changes but this could not be std that I can think of- not even warts. Chances are your skin is just changing! If they get bigger or change color go see your doctor!
