I noticed what looks like a freckle near the head of my penis. Depending on the lighting, it looks almost like a light brown or a darker brown when in darker lighting. When I stretch the skin to get a further look, it looks flat, I don't see any bumps. It doesn't hurt, it doesn't itch, no other symptoms. It just seems miscolored. Could this be an std (genital wart, etc?) or is it just similar to a freckle? I haven't been active for almost 2 years.
