Hi I was hoping someone might be able to help me figure out what this brown flat circle that has appeared on my foreskin might be. To be honest it appeared over a year ago and its only recently I've started to worry about it. I have other small brown flat spots on the penis further down and on other parts of the body but they aren't as big and noticeable as this one.
I've had issues with balantis in the past and issues with my foreskin being dry and red which may be one of the reasons this has appeared? could it just be pigmentation or something worse? it is completely flat and hasn't changed in size at all in the last year.
