I have had these little reddish brown spots on my glans for a couple of months, I have had absolutely no discomfort or symptoms, and upon palpation I do not feel any lump or alteration in the glans. I think they have grown very little in size in all this time, but I am concerned that there may be something wrong. Do you have any idea what that could be????
The entire skin surface is full of spots and imperfections like this, both male and female genitals share these imperfections.
In comparison to what many men get the spots you have are minimal.
