hello, I wanted to ask for help and I would like to know if anyone would be able to tell me what these spots might be, this front side of my glans also has more dry skin.

That looks like natural change of pigmentation, it is quite normal.
Btw does your glans always looks like that? I meant your foreskin and glans are attached in the photo.

yea, i am circumcised, but when i was younger i had some problems with injuries and it healed like that.
