



Most marking like this are due to natural changes within the skin that change the pigmentation and this is very common, in fact this happens right across the surface of the human body.
The other circumstance that can cause this that can be controlled is if you sweat a great deal, so athletes, competitive cyclists and those who do regular gym workouts where sweat is a regular result, for example, can be subject to this.
