During oral sex (wasn't rough), my penis head ended up with these marks like bruising. That was a few days ago and the bruising still hasn't went down. Never had this before. Any ideas?
I agree it’s probably bruising. Should be OK within a few days, but if not, get a doctor to check you over.
I am just wondering whether the combination of what was going on at the time added-up to rough treatment for your penis?
I get bruising on the head of my Penis quite regularly and elsewhere on shaft of my penis, and your photos do not look like bruising. Of course, what you experienced at the time may have drawn small particles of blood to near the surface, but, I would have thought these would have disappeared quite quickly.
What you might have is a dermatological reaction to something present at the time of the oral sex, or, the whole thing is merely coincidence and this would have eventually become apparent to you at a later date.
Either ways, keep a look out for the condition worsening - whatever is going on, try as far as possible not to apply anything to the head of your penis, such as Lubes, Baby Oil, condoms and so on, even a reaction to washing powder could do this. So, with all the other stuff, try keeping it off the head of your penis for as many weeks as possible (e.g. 4 to 6 weeks).
Additionally, only ever wash the head of your penis with water, when showering, draw your foreskin forward to cover the head completely - rinse off everything you have cleaned the rest of your body with first, then expose the head and wash with the water only with the inside of your hand - dry 100% immediately afterwards.
If it gets worse, get a Doctor, or if easy enough, go along to a GUM Clinic or a Specialist Sexual Health Service that exist in the larger cities in the UK. [Statistical guess would be you are in the Glasgow area, but you could be anywhere in the world obviously too!] .....
