hello im 19 years old and i have noticed that i always had this “skin tag” at the edge of my inner left labia and i always thought it was extra skin but recently i was trying to pulling to see if it can come off or it was painful but it wasnt. After like two days i noticed when i wiped it would hurt a little and also felt like pulling on my labia lips and today i looked at it and saw a ball and i tried squeezing it but im scared what will happen. Does anyone know what this might be? image

from the sounds of it there may be a blocked gland.
imagine it like a painless spot on your face,
it is there but you don’t feel it until you keep poking at it.
it is likely the same thing. if you are still concerned it could be something else,
go to your gp and hopefully they will put your mind at rest.

If you have always had this then I doubt it is anything to worry about. You may have caused a blood blister by pulling on it. Dont squeeze it or touch it,just ignore it and it will probably disperse naturally.If you are at all worried then see your doctor.
