For a few days now I noticed my urine has been really bubbly when I go to the toilet , can anyone relate to this as I feel quiet worried about this 😦 suffer from anziety so need to find out quick,

Do a search on "emphysematous cystitis." Also, a fistula between the intestine and the urethra can cause this.
Perhaps you drink too much fizzy drinks
