For a few days now I noticed my urine has been really bubbly when I go to the toilet , can anyone relate to this as I feel quiet worried about this 😦 suffer from anziety so need to find out quick,

There are several causes of Pneumaturia. Oner is a fistula between the urethra and the colon. A gas producing infection in the bladder (E Coli for example) can also cause gas in the urine.
Could be dehydration. Drink a lot of water and see if they go away.
