Hey guys, I need help on figuring something out. Its been freaking me out a lot lately - recently I noticed little tears in the frenulum area of my penis, with some of these "tears" (rather little holes) seem to have some sort of build up that has become somewhat solid. My theory is that it could be the result of perhaps insufficient hygiene, which led to these build ups but I'm freaking out as for some reason my frenulum is having more and more little tears. I'm single right now, so it isn't an STD... Does it seem like any known conditions to you guys and how would you advise me to proceed? I'm pretty scared that the build up might increase leading to the tear becoming larger and eventually affect me in a more serious way, rather than just cosmetic. PLEASE HELP ME OUT
Hi, your frenulum is probably a little tight or short which is causing the little tears to happen when this happens it can cause scarring which inevitably causes more tearing to happen. you may even have some lichen sclerosus it’s hard to tell without a photo but you really should have it checked out with your doctor for a proper diagnosis they can prescribe creams which would help
