Hi, I'm experiencing this condition from last 2 years, I had sex for the very first time, it was unprotected, but this condition appeared after 3 months of it. I doesn't itch, but it burns sometimes, I feel a burning sensation in my urethra too. I visited a dermatologist he prescribed me Doxycycline and Zinc Acetate for 30 days, but nothing improved. I also tried Moxifloxacin for 7 days, in the case it it was Mycoplasma genitalium, I tried Azithromycin for the same case too, but nothing seems to be improved. To be more honest I aslo tried Imquimod cream on it in the case if it was Genital Warts(HPV), but no luck, I consulted a urologist online he told me it's not Genital Warts, as I was so anxious about it. Can someone please help me this. It feels so depressing. I hope it isn't something like penile cancer, and I have tried every anti fungal drugs and creams too, but still no improvement.
P.S. - It hasn't spreaded anywhere else on the penis but I think it's inside my urethra too because it burns.
it sounds like you’ve tried a lot of things already, and just need to get your urethra swabbed/biopsied to determine what is really going on.
Is there anything else on your penis that may be a symptom?
nothing else, just those bumps, which you can see in the images and it burns sometimes…no other symptoms at all. Any rough idea?
Having the same issue, been about 6 months in and out of doctors without a real answer. Have you any update?
No progress, I’m bearing with this for 2.5 years nearly. Nothing really helps. No Antibiotic, No ointment or creams, I’m here after trying everything. I don’t even know if this is a STI or something like cancer.Please update me about any progress.
