Bump around penis swollen meatus? help

hey everyone not sure but i have been having problems down there. After i ejaculate and let it be for a while and then my meatus gets swollen quick. also ive been having this bump around my meatus like something is swollen look at the first pic. is this an std?

What you can see in photo 2 can be a normal development of the Meatus, however, it can also be linked to an STD / STI - you will need to go to a Sexual Health Service provider to get checked, when you can.
For the discolouration shown in photo 1 you may need to see a Dermatologist, or a Dermatologist that specialises in Genital Skin Conditions - but go to a sexual health provider first when you can first …
