Bump in inner labia. HSV swab came back negative. Pics inside.

Hi, I am beating my head. Last month I had a fourchette fissure and a bump in my inner labia that got swabbed and came back negative for HSV. It is a bump that never turned into an ulcer but was itchy, painful, and burned. With the discharge I was having, I got treated for yeast and BV. All other STD panel came back negative. My labia was swollen, and irritated and looked pale. I went twice to doc different one each time and they literally talked me out of having herpes because somehow I was convinced that I did based on the clinical symptoms I was having. DOC even pulled her literature book to prove it wasnt herpers. This bump appeared yesterday. It is itchy and uncomfortable not really painful. I am noticing the fissures coming back also. I going again this week to get swabbed again for a third time. I really need answers please! I have to know!! Does anyone have any clue what is going on with me? It is the same pic above but I played with the lighting a little. The bump is more purple and I do not see liquid inside the bump. Any ideas?

In addition to the symptoms above, my lymph nodes were not swollen both times I went to the doctor nor did I present with flu like symptoms. I am really puzzled here.
