Bump inside penis

I have a bump on the vein on my penis. it appears much more blue than it does in the photo. It doesn't hurt unless i touch it. does anyone know what it is?

This is most likely simply the way the way the vein has naturally developed - it is unlikely to be a problem issue, other than how it looks.
