I’m a 20 year old 3 days ago I started running in the morning starting with 1000m run, after which I felt immense I got a bump like structure on my penis, it’s not hurting, but itchy , just like the bump of a mosquito bite. Just now I tried popping it off but nothing came out, just a red dot of blood appeared at centre but nothing came out not even blood. I’ve had another thing like this about 3 years ago, but it had puss which came out, and it was fine in 2-3 days, but I’m not sure about this. ---

First of all you never pop anything because you can make it worse. What you need to do is put a hot rag on it for a few days. It will come to a head and pop on it own. Then you can clean it up I had one like that on my scrotum got rid of it in 2 days never came back…Ken
