Bump like thing on my perineum

I have reddened area on my perineum.it's painful and causes irritation.Do I need to worry to much about it or will it go away by itself?

Is it just red or is it white in the middle? Like a mouth ulcer.

It's somewhat white at some place on the surface. But the shape is quite irregular.I think it has grown due to excessive sweat in that area.

I am thinking it may be an ulcer. Do you have any other health issues at the moment?

Any auto immune issues in particular?

No other health issues right now.

Hey. It is just that I have Behcet's and ulceration in that area is familiar to me. I would go to a doctor anyway and have a swab taken to establish what it is.
