Yesterday this bump / lump suddenly appeared on the shaft of my penis (see pictures).
It's a little bit hard (but not super hard) definitely not soft.
About 8mm long, sticks up 1-2 mm and has a white dot at one end. It doesn't hurt when I pee but it hurts when I touch it.
I showed it to my dad who is a doctor, he said that it might be one of many different types of herpes/herpes like diseases. And he said to wait and see for 1-2 weeks if anything changes.

However I was too embarrassed to tell him that I masturbate almost every single day (30-50 min a day) and the last time I had sex was more than 2 years ago. And I don't know if this might have been caused by my masturbation addiction. (Also don't know if it's related to my problem but 3 days ago I had a small fever and a huge headache.)

So I was wondering if anyone here knows what this could be. Should I be worried?

Paul, I think you can rest assured that you do not have a masturbation addiction - for a large proportion of men this frequency and amount of time is very typical.
If your father is a medical practitioner then you can only rely on whet he suggests this is, or go see someone like a Urologist …
Fever and a headache most likely something like a cold.
