Bump near frenulum

I'm having this kind of growth near my frenulum and it has been there for more than 3 years, is it a symptom of penile cancer ? Apart from the one that is quite visible, the otherside of the frenulum also has similar two small growths that is hardly visible. I'm sure it's not genital warts as I've never had sex and I'm just 17years old

Hi Harry. I’d say they could be Tyson spots do you have any pearly penile papules on the rim of the glans? If your concerned about them ask your doctor.
