i had these for 6 months now and still dont know whats this .
i caught Chlamydia and Neisseria gonorrhoeae which didn’t show up while doing test .
this bump comes on and off at the same spot . usually in the morning its slightly bigger then through out the day its gets tiny and small.
after sex it gets bigger then again goes small.
did anyone experience this ?

" Fordyce spots are a variant of sebaceous glands (the glands that normally produce sebum and are usually found within hair follicles). Fordyce spots are visible sebaceous glands without hair follicles. They are present in 80–95% of adults. They are probably present at birth but become bigger and more visible from about puberty onwards. They may occur as a solitary lesion or more frequently in crops of about 50–100. They are easier to see when the skin is stretched.
Sometimes Fordyce spots cause anxiety but they are completely harmless whether on the lips or on the genitals. They are not a sexually transmitted disease and they are not infectious. "

However, why this particular one is like it is now is the unknown. It may have been particularly irritated in someway, or may have just grown like this. This could be linked to the sexual infections or something other than this.
With it getting bigger following sex that would suggest there is an element at least of irritation going on
