I don't think you are describing your worry enough to get much of a response on this forum. Can you upload a photo?
(To do this you have to use a computer (desktop of laptop) not a tablet or phone.)
Can you be a bit more descriptive about the bump? Pea size? Large pea, small pea? How far does it stick out? Can you manipulate it by pushing it into the shaft? If so, does it dissapear for a little while?
A picture of it would be helpful!
