Bump on my butt crack... very painful * pictures

I’m assuming its a boil or abscess, not entirely sure. It feels like a hard bump and its very painful to sit. I read online that hot compressions will help but I don’t see a difference.!

Try Icthammol Ointment from CVS. It smells like tar just make sure you wrap the area with gauze well and cover it with a bandaid
