do warts get bigger in size when penis gets erect? i have two flesh colored bumps that are tiny but when my penis becomes erect, they seem to get bigger and protrude out more. does this sound like it could be a wart or something else like fordyce spots?
More likely Fordyce - you can also get things as simple as a sebaceous gland being inflamed
Look more to what is in contact with your penis, a particular soap, a shower gel for example - if you apply anything for masturbation or sex this may be causing greater irritation
