Can somebody help me to recognize what this is ive had this bump for 5 days now and its a ferm a little bit white hard bump on the skin, the first to days was more red now its going a little bit white and i dont know what to do to it or should i be worried?

It’s probably a minor skin infection, not an STD. Apply antiseptic cream if you wish, but it sounds like it’s settling.

Looks like an ingrown hair - very common near the base of the penis - do a search for what to do about it - if you use an antiseptic my recommendation would be a very small amount of undiluted Liquid Antiseptic.
Often the hair, if that is what it actually is, will need to be physically removed …
