ive noticed a bump on the back of my penis for the past 2 weeks. it is hard but no discharge when squeezed. it is clear but yet almost skin color as well. it doesnt hurt or itch. doesn't seem to be getting bigger nor spreading. I'm just really concerned. I dont know how to post pictures on here
