You should get an appointment with your GP (I think it’s only phone appointments at the moment & send a picture of it & see if you can get a n appointment at the relevant hospital clinic

yes i have tired i haven’t got any answers i have had it for about 3 months
yes the skin was red i went
You need to get a medical professional to check this for you as soon as possible, if you cannot see your Regular / Family Doctor / GP, or at least get a video call with one, go to a Walk-In Urgent Care Centre at a Local Hospital
