Bump on the tip on my penis

Hi

I’ve just noticed a tiny little spot next to where I pee. It’s really small and the same colour as my skin. It’s doesn’t itch, hurt or cause discomfort. But it’s raised like pimple would on someone’s face. 

Can I post photos on here?
