Had it for 2 years now. No pain. No redness. Has not changed at all in 2 years. Same as it started. Showed a doctor once, she said it would go away in 6 months to a year. Still there. Have tried a few ointments, no results. Not exactly sure where I got it. Only had unprotected sex with one girl. She has had multiple partners, though.

I looked at your picture and it does not look like any of the other pimples or rash or any of that other stuff. I would not worry about the one time with the girl. ( next time cover up for your own safety )
But to be it looks like a mole. I have them all over my body. Over the years they pop up everywhere. And you say no pain. Take care and do watch it. If it is a mole watch if it turns black.
