I woke up this morning and saw it when I went to the bathroom. I'm a virgin and haven't even kissed a boy. So it's definitely not an STI or STD. Its just a single bump but its worrying me. I really don't know what to do. If I tell my parents I want to go to the doctor and get it checked out they might think I'm having sex and beat me, but I'm not I don't even masturbate or anything..... What do I do??
It might just be folliculitis, and it will probably just go away by itself, but I'm far more concerned that you think your parents might beat you for it. I don't know your circumstances, but I'd consider calling child services.
If you're in the UK, you could get free and confidential treatment at a GP or GUM clinic, but if you're in the US, and it doesn't go away, you could try Planned Parenthood or google "see doctor without parents knowing"
It might be only a yeast infection. And for the bumps, I get these too. The doctor gave me a medicated cream but I've been using anti-biotic cream that you can get over the counter. If you need to see a doctor, go see one! Don't worry about your parents! Can you see a doctor without your parents. Have a friend or relative go with you. You need to be checked out just in case!
