I recently got this pimple/bump on my shaft and have no idea what it is. Could anyone help identify it ASAP!?
These are very common in this area and can be linked to you recently shaving your pubic hair.
There are several things it can be including an ingrown hair - it has formed a bump because there is most likely an infection present.
What I get anything that looks like this I treat it with LIQUID ANTISEPTIC - dab a little drop undiluted from a fingertip directly onto this 3 or 4 times a day and the bump should reduce in size within 4 days.
If all clears fine, if it is an ingrown hair you may get the bump reforming with another infection within weeks or perhaps a few months, if this occurs what you need to do is to remove, or at least get the ingrown to point in the normal, outwards direction otherwise you risk repeated infections
