this small bump appeared on the right side of the bottom of the head of the penis. it isn't very visible until the penis is erect. I can feel the bump at all time though (only when I'm touching it, you can feel through the foreskin as well. it feels like it's under the skin if that makes sense I do have fordyce spots if that helps. I'm hoping it's just that or tyson glands but this feels abnormal to me
It can have become like this due to the pressure in the penis and this is most often linked to masturbation and / or sex, such as rough sex can cause irritation to something that is naturally present, anywhere on the penis, but particularly towards the tip.
Essentially, if you abstained from sex or masturbation for 3 to 9 weeks it would fade naturally to the point where you do not notice it again. Or, simply, it could be something that is naturally present developing further - this is a process that continues until you are around 26 YOA, but new developments are possible until you are 36 YOA or so
