Bumped head

Recently I have had some quite bad health anxiety and worry about everything.

Yesterday morning about 9am I hit my head on a small metal cabinet when I went to stand up. I have a small lump, no bleeding. It hurts a little. Slight headache, I didn’t pass out or vomit. No temperature. But I’m worried about it. This happened to anyone else? Thanks

I think all of us have bumped our head at some point. Most are not serious but if you’re concerned you can always talk with your doctor.

Thanks, the bruising has gone down, my partner has just had a look.

i have rung the dr and their advice is to go to a&e
