i had a wax a couple of weeks ago and had three bumps recently show up around the same time. they started as what looked like pimples, when i squeezed, a little white pus came out. i feel like ive gotten one before after waxing, but never 3!!
the one is extra angry, bc i thought i saw a hair and tried to dig it out and now it's irritated. i could not retrieve a hair.
the do not hurt, other than the angry one being a little tender.
any ideas what this could be? how should i treat? ive been putting drying salve and hydrocortosone on it and it seems to help, but i want them gone! theyve been there for 6 days.
they look shiny bc the salve and camera flash, but they aren't in person.
