Bumps and coating on tongue

hi folks,

For the last year I have bumps and a coating on my tongue.

At times, it can taste foul and be extremly off putting when eating or drinking.

I have attached a photo, the stuff on my tongue would go come closer to the tip etc.

Any help that could get rid of it would be beyond appreciated.

I would have had an issue with nail biting, which I’m trying to stop so could be linked!
