Bumps and sorta white heads on my gential- im scared in medical exams on military any tips on it?

i was around 10 years old when i got circumcised and around during that time there were bumbs and like white heads on it . I didnt know that time about it but now as im near to college and wanting to go on military academy im really anxious about it since its still there .
