Hello, about a week ago I developed these bumps right below my stomach and above my scrotum, I've only been with one person recently so I don't think it's an std, regardless I am worried so any ideas?

The photo shows you have lots of red spots. Some of these look like folliculitis, possibly from shaving. However there are also a couple of slightly paler (pearly?) spots that I’ve marked out with arrows that could be molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. I’ve marked out a particular spot (1.) that you should compare against a close-up of molluscum taken from Dermnet NZ. Note the dimpled/umbilicated centre in a typical molluscum.
If you think there’s a close resemblance then you should see your doctor for treatment and an STD screen.
