I have had these for several months. They are painless. one has dies and fallen off, but not sure if thats due to friction from my clothes. I think they are spreading, but im not sure. I have attached a photo. Any Idea ? its it genital warts ?

I don't know what those are, but they don't look good. Doesn't look like warts, and not necessarily an STI, but I'd definitely get checked out if I were you. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

You said on your other thread that you're "too worried to go the doctors at the moment (silly I know) ", but I think you need to bite the bullet, as this doesn't look like something that will got away by itself, and it might be serious. As I often point out here, women have to lie on their backs with their legs in the air on a regular basis, while a stranger looks inside them with a speculum and flashlight, so we men have it easy. There are way too many men who won't see a doctor till they absolutely have to, and it's something we need to change.
Thanks for the reply. I guess ill have to just do it and see what they say. Im hoping its not an sti and maybe just some kind of skin infection. Hopefully nothing too serious. And yes, I will keep you updated
