If you’re a teenager and going through adolescence then these lumps and bumps are part of your sexual maturation.
The bumps around the circumference of the penis are called coronal papillae and the ‘crazy paving’ type ridges on the glans that you’ve highlighted in the second set of photos is part of that as well. No treatment is necessary and they are not the start of anything serious; they’re just part of growing up.
