About a month ago I was diagnosed with Chlamydia and I took the medication for it. I was also tested for HIV but it came back negative. But i was not tested for HPV and I noticed some bumps in my vagina and i'm very worried. I'm afraid it might be HPV. I have it on both sides of my vagina.

This is not HPV, these are Vestibular Papillomatosis, very common in female genitalia. They are benign.
My recommendation is the following, if you had sexual activity without protection, I greatly recommend a PAP Smear.
