Bumps in vagina.

i haven't had sex in over 3 years, however I am aware HPV can lie dormant. My vagina was a bit irritated when i felt it it was bumpy, took some pics and i have no idea what it is, any advice or words of wisdom?

Hi, I don’t see any warts or anything looking concerning. You sure seems irritated. You have a lot of Fordyce Spots which can feel elevated when irritated. I would get swabbed for yeast or BV if I were you. Nothing to worry

Hi, which bumps you are talking about? You have some redness and Fordyce spots, but I can’t see anything that points out to HPV.

I agree with the others as well. Some Fordyce spots but nothing that really looks like HPV.
