Bumps on fingers please help

i have been experiencing these bumps all over my hands cuticles aswell and when thry heal the skin around my cuticles become hard someone please help me figure out what this is

what are the bumps like are they solid or like blisters do they burst is there anything inside them

how many do u have ?? do they go away ??

right now just the two in the picture and clear liquid comes out and they itch but they come right back after they heal and its like a 2 week process and my cuticles were peeling as well and i have had then on multiple fingers and on my palm and they all itched.

i think wat u have is a skin condition called Dyshidrosis

if u visit your doctor they can prescribe creams for it
