I’ve had strange little white bumps on my labia minora for about a year now going all the way up to my clitoris. I don’t know what it could be and any help would be appreciated.

I see wrinkled skin not bumps. Your surrounding skin looks perfectly fine to me. How long have the “white bumps” been there and what are the symptoms?
