hello i just noticed today these bumps on my glans, not painful or itching or anything.. what could it possibly be? please advice!!

Do you use anything as a lube for masturbation or sex?
im 27, sexually active, last time had sex was a month ago. i don’t use lube
These do not look like typical irritation caused by the likes of a fungal / yeast or bacterial infection.
This would suggest this is the way the skin has developed naturally - what you may have is that the bumps are slightly more irritated than usual and this is why you are noticing them. This type and level of irritation is most frequently caused by something like a change in the soap or other body wash you are using such as shower gel.
As ever, if you think you may have been at risk during sexual activity then go get checked …
