Ive had these bumps for a few weeks already, I dont know what they are. i dont feel any pain on my penis.
John, what age are you? What you have is a natural development to your penis. These types of Spots and Glands start to develop following sexual maturity and can increase in number and size right up to around 24 to 26 years of age in most men.
They are almost certainly Fordyce Spots - if you do an internet search often examples shown will be of a much larger size, be lesser in number, purely to show typical appearance - but what you have is very typical too …

So I guess even though they are bumps, I have nothing to worry about?

As already stated, there are the normal development of the human penis, they come in all varieties of sizes, some men have none that are visible, others the total opposite.
As Kim states, they are harmless.
As Dugie and Kim both say, these are harmless fordyce spots. These look like mild spots, they can be much more prominent on some penises.
