Bumps on my penis

Hi, i have this weird bumps in my penis, and it drives me crazy. i want to go check it in the dermatology clinic, but due to covid situation we are having a lock down here, unless something serious.

These bumps are painless to touch, and also i remember that i shaved my pubic hair about two weeks ago. im not sure if its ingrown hair or an STD.

please advice me

If you think you have an STD go to your doctor or to any sexual health service
The largest bump looks more like an ingrown hair or infected skin pore - apply undiluted LIQUID antiseptic to it 2 or 3 times daily for up to 5 days to see if the bump reduces in size
